When ordered in the web shop, the available items are shipped within 48 hours to the specified address or to an office of Speedy or Econt couriers within 48 hours (in working days and Saturdays). Delivery is usually at the customer's expense, if there are no other special conditions on the site specified at the time of the order. If the order does not specify the color, size or other detail, we will contact you - by phone, mail or Viber for clarification - within 12 hours. The order is sent with a review and a free return in case you do not like it.

In case you took your order from the courier, but still want to return or replace it, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt and under conditions the items are not used and are in their original complete packaging. After receiving them back from us and confirming their status as "for sale" (new and in original complete packaging), the amount will be returned to the client by bank in 20 days period. In case of returned package with problems - torn, damaged integrity, missing parts or dirty, we provide you the opportunity to replace the sent back item with the same value. If the items are damaged or used, we send it back to you with no money return.
Deliveries of home textile items with specific sizes, on particular order other than the standard ones on the site, cannot be returned.
If you have ordered items that are not available, we will contact you - by phone, email or Viber, to notify you of a delivery date or to offer you a replacement or so you can confirm or cancel the order - whichever is good for you.
With a single delivery on a specific request, it is possible that the item will become more expensive due to transport and other factors. When ordering items that need to be specifically delivered or those with non-standard sizes - on request, an advance payment by bank is required before starting the order process.
